Rock Associates Company Limited was initially established in 2010 in the Republic of Kenya. In 2015, the Company expanded the operating areas by opening regional and international offices within the Rwanda Country Office, was officially opened and registered at Rwanda Development Board, with the Board Chairman represents as Country Representative and Managing Director.
